Since 2013 Frosch® Exclusive Perennials has not only been offering hybrids raised from seed, but also clones taken from tested outstanding single plants. The advantages for you:

The clone ‘Frosch’s Queen of the Mist’ was developed over the course of eight years in the laboratory from a selected premium plant of Cypripedium Ventricosum Pastel. Its striking flower coloration is best shown off against a dark background.
‘Frosch’s Queen of the Mist’ is a robust clone coping well with unfavourable weather conditions. The sturdy stems and leaves can even withstand heavy wind and rain. Large and impressive clusters of flowers emerge due to its rapid growth. Even if you haven´t had any previous experience of lady´s slippers in your garden, ‘Frosch’s Queen of the Mist’ will delight you.
